This policy explains what Jovra collects when you use this website and what we do with it. In short: we only collect what you type into our forms, we use it to do the work you asked for, and we never sell it.
What information do we collect?
When you fill in a form we collect your website address, email address and anything else you choose to enter, such as your business name, website platform or notes. We do not use advertising trackers or sell your information.
How do we use it?
- To run your audit and email you the report.
- To reply to your request and send payment links and project updates.
- To follow up once or twice about your audit. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Who else sees it?
Form entries are stored by our website host (Netlify) and our email provider so we can receive and answer them. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details. We share nothing else unless the law requires it.
How long do we keep it?
We keep audit requests for up to two years and client records for as long as we need them for the work, tax and accounting. Ask us to delete your details at any time.
How do I contact you about my data?
